i'm a freshman and I do xc, track, and swim for dhills. i love to run! in my spare time you can find me hurdling with my crew.
swam 45 mins. it was my first time swimming since state a couple months ago so it was kinda rough at first but not too bad. then biked about 4 miles. my leg is feeling better, hoping I can run soon!
biked 4 miles then aqua jogged for 40 mins. did 2:30 hard 30 easy 6 times, a couple minutes rest then did it again. rolled out a bunch
ran a mile but was still limping so coach told me to go bike. biked 6 miles then went and did a pyramid thing aquajogging. aquajogging is way harder than I thought it would be! also rolled out a lot today but I have been everyday
biked 7 miles. it was super hard to motivate myself to bike idk I was just super negative the entire time I was biking
