20 mins// ran w my dad and our good ol pal chris. don't know exact mileage but somewhere around there. it was wayyyy faster than ive been doing bc we ran with chris but it was good. my legs felt really good

19 mins// ran today in california & the weather was sooooo nice to run in. ran with my dad we did this loop in our friends neighborhood and there were lots of hills so it was challenging, but good. & we ended up back at our friends house at exactly 19 minutes which is how much I was supposed to run today so that was cool

18 mins// ran with mary kate, hannah, &sydney. felt really good probably cause we were running soo slow but it's ok😂 always a good time running a those noobs. stretched after but couldn't stay for core or kids club bc I had to go teach swim lessons.
